7 GRACEY INSTRUMENTS
The Gracey curettes are suitable for the removal of subgingival calculus. The curettes are used depending on the shape of the root cross-section in the jaw. The ergonomic shape and the ease of handles facilitate the accessibility of the gum pockets and the removal of calculus. The convex cutting edge is in the operation to lower concave edge, thus the angle between the shaft and facial surface is 70 °.
